How does a Rapid Rebuild project work?
In a nutshell, I will use a site buildout tool that offers up to 95 ready-to-go design templates to get us started. I meet with you online to review the possibilities and select our base template. I will then import your existing content and tailor the design to your brand. Note that all elements of your new site are fully customizable and expandable at any time.
These pre-built designs are not only beautiful, but they are cost-saving, as they save a huge amount of time in the development process.
What does a Rapid Rebuild project cost?
Because of this proven, time-saving buildout method, a Rapid Rebuild project can save approximately 50% off the cost of a standard development process.
The project fee will vary based on the quantity of content and desired features, but generally ranges between $1750 – $4500.
Is there an option to reduce the project cost?
If your budget is below $2000, an abbreviated version of the Rapid Rebuild project plan is available. This version removes the more collaborative parts of the project and allows for a more “DIY” approach. Schedule a call for more information about this option.
How long does the development process take?
Projects are planned for a turnaround of 1 to 3 weeks, maximum. The standard delivery target is two weeks.
Can I add more features or consulting time to the project?
I recommend adding to the project only after the initial site is completed and and live. The new site will be fully customizable, so additional items and design changes can be done at any time.
Does the Rapid Rebuild process use AI tools to build my site?
To facilitate the “rapid” in Rapid Rebuild, AI is used to construct the site basics and to help select a suitable template for the type of site you are creating. Optionally, AI copywriting tools can be employed in the process if you like.
At no time are you locked into any design element or copywriting – the site that is delivered to you is fully editable.
What happens to my old website?
A full zipped backup archive of your site files will be provided when your new website goes live.
What’s included in a Rapid Rebuild project?
Simply put, every project includes an initial consultation, collaborative design/layout selection, content placement and data import of your existing site. The project fee also includes migration of the completed website to your preferred hosting provider and domain/DNS setup, along with any page redirections that may be needed.
Additionally, a $50 stock photo allowance and basic transactional email service (a $99 value) is included.
What tools are used to build my new website?
This process uses the renowned Astra WordPress Theme, along with the Spectra page builder, along with some premium supporting plugins for added functionality.
What about my site’s existing forms and other tools?
In the vast majority of cases, your existing contact and opt-in forms, plus other elements such as Google Analytics are preserved (unless you want to change them).
Can you help with ongoing maintenance after my site is completed?
Absolutely! In fact, Rapid Refresh project clients are eligible for a 15% discount on a monthly Help Desk Express site maintenance and backup plan. Save even more with an annual Express plan for only $695/year, a savings of over 40% over the standard monthly rate.
I work with a marketing team – can they be a part of the project?
Anyone that is working with a ProVirtual Solutions client is more than welcome to participate in the buildout process, as long as it does not delay or add unnecessary scope to the defined project plan.
I don’t have a website now. Can a Rapid Rebuild project be used for a new one?
