    Initial local and remote backups of your site, including database and files

    Premium WordPress themes and plugins need active licenses to stay current.*

  • WordPress & Plugin Update Check

    Updates as needed to the current version of WordPress and any plugins as needed

  • Security Scan & Hardening

    Site security scan for malware, plus settings update to harden against attack*

  • Contact Form Testing

    Verification that any contact forms on your site are delivering as intended

  • Development Time Block

    Up to 3 hours service time for changes and fixes (scheduled on a single day)*

  • Wrapup PDF Report

    A PDF report will be provided listing completed updates

  • Zoom Consultation

    A 30-minute Zoom consultation to review updates and discuss general questions.

* Important Service Details:
  • Please note that this service is intended for sites developed within the past few years and not needing extensive repair or redevelopment.
  • If malware or other hack is discovered on the site, additional outside repair service may be required. Cost for hack repair is not included in the service fee.
  • Cost of plugin or theme licenses not originally provided by ProVirtual Solutions are the client's responsibility.
  • The provided 3 hour development time block is scheduled, with services performed on a single day.
  • Additional time incurred to complete client-requested content or design changes will be invoiced at a reduced rate of $125 per hour.
